My mother fell in her home, cut her head and hand, and was unable to get on her feet alone. I was very reassured when your operator informed me that the paramedics were already called to assist her. That information allowed me valuable time to be prepared to meet my mother in the hospital emergency room. The procedure was perfect, and I also appreciate the follow-up call to check on her.

I slipped on a newspaper on the bedroom floor and couldn't get up. I called Life Alert with a push of the button. You responded by calling my son and in turn the paramedics were called to assist me, and took me to the emergency hospital with a dislocated hip. Life Alert sure was efficient. On October 12, I found my father collapsed on the floor. I pressed his Life Alert button and had immediate response with someone who was calm and professional as well as very helpful and supportive. Emergency paramedics arrived in three to five minutes. I was relieved that I didn’t have to use 911. I have made many positive comments to friends and family of my experience with Life Alert already! Two weeks ago, on a Saturday night, I had a slip to the floor from the side of my bed. I thought I could get up by pulling up to the side of my bed. I had no luck trying this. I had left my button on the dresser. Finally I got it and signaled Life Alert. Help arrived immediately. Everyone was really nice. Thank you so much.

I had a bloody nose that just wouldn’t quit. I called Life Alert. They were so helpful. They called the paramedics, who came right away. Life Alert called my family and everyone else. And they stayed on the line till I was transported to the hospital. I would recommend them to anyone, any time.

I had fallen in my bathroom very early one morning before anyone was awake. The other occupants of my house couldn’t hear me, so I pressed the Life Alert button on my necklace. An operator came over the Life Alert intercom. They said they would call an ambulance for me. Meanwhile, they also called my emergency contact and they were able to come right over and help me.

My husband is an 86 year old disabled veteran, combat wounded in World War II. He is now a stroke patient, has limited use of his legs. We were thankful for Life Alert; when getting out of bed to use the bedside potty chair, his legs would not support him and we used Life Alert to lift him back into bed.
